That's why we were very disappointed when we received a call from Rich's office on July 8th notifying us that our home owners policy was terminated effective July 1st. That's right, they notified us of our policy being terminated a full week after they'd already ended it. We asked to speak with Rich but he was unavailable and has not responded to multiple subsequent attempts to reach him.
